Hey everybody! Newmember. Got a little ? I got my son a columbian rainbow boa for his birthday and now his brother wants one for his birthday coming up. I was told they couldn't live together in the same tank(80 gallon). I am wondering if anyone could verify that because i had burmese pythons when i was younger and i had 2 that shared a tank together while they were adults. Any input would be appreciated. Thanks!

I agree with our "Grumpy Scots Admin." ;-) Cohabbing snakes can swap germs, require more time to feed (you have to separate), and make recordkeeping much harder (whose shed/poop is that?). Best to get a separate enclosure.

It is not something I would do personally there are just too many issues with cohabbing.
