I was thinking of putting a live plant in my BRB's viv.
Nothing flowering, just a leafy plant of some sort.
Does anyone know what ones are safe or have any plant types they would recommend?

I'm currently on the lookout for a type of vine called a Kudzu vine.
There are many places where I believe it may possibly be illegal to have due to how invasive it is, but it's a strong vine that reptile safe, grows massive and quickly if left to do what it wants.
Plus the leaves are supposed to be a great hangover cure as well.

Won't both of those need sun? Brazilian tanks are challenging for plants in that most greenery requires direct light, but these snakes are nocturnal and thus have a strong aversion to light. I have heard good things about Pothos though. |

Any thoughts on putting a few daisies or clover plants in a BRB viv ??
Cant see them being toxic although I'm sure I read somewhere that you shouldn't plant Buttercups in a snake viv . |

Melissa Kaplan put together a list in 97 that is separated by environment type, ie. Desert, Tropical or Aquatic. Should be another good reference for you.

Is a list of toxic plants and vegetation thats not suitable for reps, and some plants that are generally accepted as safe, toxic plants its on the corn snake forum but pretty sure its valid for all snakes. |
