I've recently noticed that my little brb girl is getting scale rot. What do I do about this because she has to be kept in such high humidity?

Are you sure it is scale rot, Joe? A picture would help the forum help you.

If it is, I would treat her with a dilute Betadine soak and clean her viv. For the soak, first please her in clean water for ten minutes, so that if she drinks she gets water instead of meds. Then transfer her to a weak Betadine bath. The store bottles are usually sold as 5% concentrate, and you should dilute this again to 19 water:1 betadine -- it should be a weak tea color. Repeat this every other day for 15 minutes each time and then see how it looks. For the cleaning, the goal is to make her hom as sterile as possible to avoid infection.

You may also wish to consult a reptile vet.

Good luck!

Well she shed last night and what looked exactly like scale rot came off with her shed.. so it must have been something else. Thanks for the help though! She's happy and healthy now. Just moved up to adult mice so she's full as can be now too
