We haven't had her that long so she's only shed once with us and refused food then. As you say though Cliff, the extra calories won't hurt!!! Thanks again!! Will post laters and let you know how we get on.

Just checked on Arco. She is most defiantly in shed. We are going to wait until she has shed until we offer her another meal. Thanks again for all your helpful advice. It was just me being paranoid!!! Better to be safe than sorry though I suppose!!! :)

Arco FINALLY shed last night after spending 2 weeks in her hide. The first time we saw her in two weeks was last night. So happy she's ok!! Can't wait to get her out and admire her later!! Think I need to be a bit less paranoid! I forget how resilient snakes are!! Once again thanks for the great advice!! I'm sure I'll be on here again at some stage looking for more :D x

So glad to hear Arco is back to eating and doing well. Did you feed a smaller item or stay with the larger one you switched to? Would love to see some pics if you get the time.

Yay, wonderful news! I know I'm late in my reply, but I am very glad to hear that Arco is back to feeding properly. :)
