Is it true that BRB's can change colour from like day/night cycle ? I read this in my Rainbow Boa book ..

Ditto that.. Jade gets massive white flanks any time from 8pm until the morning. I remember hearing something about heat retention?

My Columbian would lighten significantly at night quite often. You really wouldn't even think it was the same snake. My Guyanan will sometimes lighten at night also, but it's not quite as dramatic.

It's termed "whitewalls" in the rainbow industry. Many Brazilians experience a decided lightening of the sides at night. Funny you ask, I was just working on a draft post on that topic the other day.
